Internship

Explore church leadership in a vibrant peer community.

The 3 Streams internship provides a well-rounded foray into the world of church leadership, with a particular focus on emotional, relational, and spiritual health. Interns are developed personally and professionally as they gain firsthand experience in a variety of church ministries, participate in cohort discussions, and engage in formation and mentorship with seasoned ministry professionals.

How It Works

The internship is designed to give emerging leaders exposure to church leadership in the Anglican tradition, while making significant investments in their spiritual formation, relational/emotional health, and discernment toward a career in church ministry. Interns should expect to set aside 10-12 hours per week to engage in the internship. This time will be spent in a mixture of work and learning opportunities, including Sunday mornings. Interns should plan to commit to the entire nine month program (September-May).

Interns will gain early career work experience, a healthy context for ministry discernment, mentored professional development, a peer community to help them grow relationally, emotionally, and spiritually, and ideas for future leadership in the Anglican church.
