3 Streams is an educational organization dedicated to recruiting, forming, training, and sending a new generation of pastoral leaders for the church in North America.
The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.
In Matthew 9, Jesus had compassion on the crowds when he saw they were like sheep without a shepherd. He encouraged his disciples to pray to the Lord of the harvest that he would send out workers into the harvest field, for "the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few" (v. 37). Shortly after this, Jesus equipped his disciples and sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God is near at hand, performing miracles as they went.
Two thousand years later, the Lord of the harvest is still sending his disciples into the harvest field, and the need has never been greater. At 3 Streams, we are responding to this need by equipping the next generation of ministry leaders to lead the church forward in its fulfillment of the Great Commission. We are training up passionate and gospel-centered individuals who will lead us into the next era of church history - an era that we hope is defined by a vibrant life in the Spirit, a love for God and our neighbor, and a central focus on the cross of Christ.

Rooted in the Gospel
The gospel is the life-changing good news that God is ushering in his Kingdom through the redeeming work of Jesus Christ. This message of salvation is a gift of grace, received through faith, and is the ultimate hope for our world. At 3 Streams, we believe in the power of the gospel to transform lives.
The Bible proclaims this incredible story of salvation, and we look to its teaching for the equipping and empowerment of God’s people for mission-driven living. We never graduate from the gospel; it continually calls and shapes us, influencing every aspect of our lives. Everything we do begins and ends with the good news of Jesus.
Alive in the Spirit
We believe God is present and active in the world through the Holy Spirit, whose transformative work shapes us into the image of Christ. The Holy Spirit fills us with his presence, empowers us to live holy lives, and equips us with gifts to serve the body of Christ and fulfill God’s mission in the world.
At 3 Streams, we are expectant for the Spirit to move in our interactions, our formation, and our work. Through the Spirit’s work, we witness God’s renewal of all things in ways both big and small. We see lives transformed, communities strengthened, and hope restored. We celebrate the Spirit’s continuous presence and power in everything we do.
Formed by the Liturgy
In the Anglican tradition, the liturgical form of our worship services not only frames the structure of our gatherings, it casts a vision for our life and habits as followers of Christ. Our liturgical practices, which include the foundational sacraments of baptism and the Eucharist, become rhythms of grace that inflame our love for God and others.
At 3 Streams, we believe everything we do is thoughtfully centered around Christ and his kingdom through liturgical practices that are grounded in the gospel and alive in the Spirit.
