Billy Waters

Billy Waters is the founder of 3 Streams Institute and Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church in Englewood, Colorado. Billy planted Wellspring in 2000 and has stewarded its growth for the last two decades. An ordained priest in the Anglican Church in North America, Billy also serves as the Church Planting Canon for the Diocese of the Rocky Mountains. He enjoys fly fishing, reading, and restoring old homes. He’s married to Janna and has six children.

Jeff Haanen

Jeff Haanen is founder of Denver Institute for Faith & Work, a faith-based nonprofit focused on faith, work and community renewal. Jeff currently serves as an advisor to individuals and faith-led organizations and businesses. He’s also the author of two books and numerous articles on faith, work, and culture. He enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his dog Milo. He’s married to Kelly and has four children.

Tara Malouf

Tara is the Community Life Pastor at Wellspring Church and an ordained deacon in the Anglican Church in North America. Before pastoral ministry, Tara was a K-12 educator, photographer, and entrepreneur. Tara enjoys walking, writing, watercolor painting, and spending time with her grandson. She’s married to David and has two adult children.

Paige Lier

Paige is currently the Community Life Coordinator at Wellspring Church, and was a part of the first 3 Streams internship cohort. She is pursuing her Master of Divinity at Denver Seminary with a focus in Anglican Studies, and is passionate about theological education. Paige loves reading, crocheting, rock-climbing, and especially spending time with her community.

Katie Gayle

Katie Gayle is the Executive Pastor of Ministry at Wellspring Church and an ordained deacon in the Anglican Church of North America. Katie leads the ministry staff at Wellspring and oversees all ministry programming. Katie enjoys traveling, fantasy novels, long walks on the trail by her house, and opening her home to friends, family, and the community. Katie is married to Jeff Gayle and has two children.
