Wellspring Church | 3 Streams Institute
3 Streams Institute is an initiative of Wellspring Church in Englewood, Colorado. Planted by the Anglican Church in Rwanda in 2001 and serving under the authority of the Anglican Church in North America, Wellspring has demonstrated a commitment to the gospel for over two decades. Wellspring is a thriving community of faith with 20+ years of experience in church planting and leadership development, making it uniquely positioned to spearhead 3 Streams Institute.
As you pursue a career in ministry leadership, we don't want you to go it alone! We have found that individuals who are formed in a healthy and intentional community are better prepared to be servant leaders in the church. We have also found that theological preparation is best supplemented with practical and directed ministry experience.
